Neldrac is seeking a dedicated and efficient Administrative Officer to support the smooth operation of our institution. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing various administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and fostering a positive and organized environment for staff, students, and parents.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience (Preferred).
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and policies related to education administration is desirable.
  • Willing to commute to the location or relocate.

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Student Enrolment: Assist with student enrolment processes, including managing student records, collecting and processing enrolment forms, coordinating with parents/guardians, and ensuring compliance with enrolment policies and procedures.
  • Attendance and Reporting: Maintain accurate attendance records of students and staff, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely submission of data.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Facilitate effective communication between the school and parents, staff, and external stakeholders, drafting official correspondence, newsletters, and announcements as required.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing events, meetings, and workshops, including venue bookings, logistics coordination, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth event execution.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, handling petty cash, and coordinating maintenance and repair services.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, our guidelines, policies, and procedures, and support the implementation of health and safety guidelines within the premises.
  • Confidentiality and Data Protection: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, handle data protection in accordance with applicable laws, and ensure secure storage and disposal of documents.
