    Admissions are on a first come first serve basis. Qualification criteria is must.

    Requirements For Admissions

    • Government Photo ID proof of both parents or guardians.
    • Address proof of parents / guardians
    • Copy of Child’s Birth Certificate
    • Child’s Immunization Record
    • Filled and signed Admission Form / Parent Contract Form
    • Medical Form
    • Medical Authorization Form (if necessary)
    • Dietary Chart (if necessary)
    • Photos of the Child and Guardian (as requested)
    • In case of foreign nationality, copy of passport. visa page, and FRRO form.
     
    For Corporate tie-up employees, need the following along with the above mentioned documents:

     

    • Employment certificate or offer / joining letter.
    • Corporate ID
